So, here’s this major news story about a guy, whose book got stolen and resold. Horrible thing. Taking aways someone’s books… not okay.
Anyway, the article says:
Avance had his books, totaling $234, returned to him. Several pens and pencils were also in the backpack, but those were not returned.
Kind of makes me wonder if the writer of the article was terribly frustrated by all the important assignments he/she got…
ooh – a variation on the theme of “my editors hate my guts”.

(Yes, I *have* forgotten how to link in comments – why do you ask?)
Fortunately, the things link themselves ;)
The link is really cool… Really enjoyed it…
btw. your internet connection back on track?
Nope, I wish.
But my sister’s internet connection is even slower than mine (and unreliable), so I get to organise her university stuff for her.
Because I have the time, apparently.
And because I’m famous for my tolerance of frustration.
Also, I should be getting some work done. And a 5-min wait for the next page to appear is *still* more attractive than actual research.
Oh, joy… sorry to hear that… Little sisters can be so demanding.
But almost everything is better than actual research, isn’t it?
