  1. Book
  2. Calendar

5 Things Found In My Wallet

  1. Money, sometimes
  2. Bills
  3. Cards (membership, bank, etc)
  4. Stamps
  5. Fotos [I used to have fotos of my whole family in there. Unfortunately, then my wallet got stolen with the fotos and now I have a new wallet, but no new fotos, except a few]

  1. Sofa
  2. Bookshelves
  3. Laptop

5 Things I’ve Always Wanted To Do

  1. Travel the world
  2. Write a book
  3. Play an instrument [which I’m pretty sure will never happen]
  4. Make a movie
  5. Start my own business

5 Things I’m Currently Into

  1. A concerningly vast array of TV shows
  2. Confusing people with my reading list (or have you ever read Jane Austen, Neil Gaiman, Bohumil Hrabal and Nalini Singh at the same time?)
  3. Blogging
  4. Smoking the sheesha I got for my birthday
  5. Alternating between joyous cries of “OH, THE SUN! GO AWAY, WINTER DEPRESSION!” and painful cries of “OH, THE SUN! IT IS SO BRIGHT, IT HURTS!”

      • Yes, one tends to forget it in winter. I think it is because we (Austrian middle-class) consider ourselves cultural beings, not at all affected by simple things – we like to think that what affects us is only something labelled culture.
What makes you happy? Reading Shakespeare! Seeing great art in some museum! The new Ed Wood! etc.

We love denying the basic things (sunshine, food, touch, ..) and their effect on our soul/mood.

        • True… We forget sometimes that we’re physical beings. Until you’re sitting in the sun after a dark and stormy winter and suddenly everything seems alright, just like that. :)
