  1. I don’t have time to follow all the links right now, so I just read the most interesting ones to me, and I’ll go through the rest in the evening. (Did I ever mention that I love your link collections?) Anyways, I still have to comment before having read all:
    1) I found you the recipe of the Spaghetti Monster Cookies: http://www.evilmadscientist.com/article.php/edibleeyes
Do I get a reward? Will you bake them for me? ;)
    2) I really like Joe Abercrombie. And I love his books. Ok, I only read the first one so far, and just started with the second, but I’m already a fan. To think that the beautiful, nice-feeling covers were what got me (and you, if I remember correctly) interested in the first place… I’d never have thought that the content would be even better. ;) Well, thanks for introducing me to (and borrowing me) his books, I don’t think I’d have read them without your recommendation, no matter how nice the cover felt, since the blurb didn’t seem too exciting to me. But I guess it’s hard to condense the story in a few lines.
    3) “Johnny Depp is set to play a vampire”?? Oh my god, my dreams come true!! I’d never have thought that I’d live to see Johnny Depp portraing a vampire! I just hope he won’t look like the 60s version. I’d rather see him in frilly shirts, Anne-Rice-Style. ;)

    • @1: Oh my goodness, you found the recipe! THAT IS SO AWESOME!
I’ll think about your reward, promise.
@2: I gladly borrowed you the books. And it’s great to have someone to talk to about it. :) I think it’s true that they’re hard to sum up with a few words. The blurbs are really hard to do.
@3: I thought you’d like that. But truthfully, I like the idea, too.

  2. haven’t gone through all of the links yet either but i’m loving the sistine chapel-elevator!! brilliant!
and we should totally bake those cookies on sat! :D
