[Yes, I’m being intellectual. I do that sometimes. In other news, * got me the book and tickets for Waiting for Godot for tomorrow for my birthday. So actually, it’s her being intellectual that’s rubbing off on me.]

  1. You know…I’m still amazed that this is in “Waiting for Godot”.

    I was reciting Beckett in kindergarten, it seems. (Yes, my intellectual awesomeness has declined sharply since then.)

Though I have a trilingual edition with French and English on one page and the German version on the other and in the beginning I was torn between what language to read it in… I started out in French, then changed to English and finally ended up reading it in German, because I’m lazy sometimes. [Though I did look at some things where I wondered about the translation.]* […]
