Crispin Glover was one of the guests at the /slash Filmfestival and had an entire evening for himself. At first, he read from from his books, then he showed his movie It Is Fine. Everything Is Fine! and finished with a very extensive Q&A.
Glover read from quite a few of his books, seven or eight or so. Or maybe it’s more accurate to say that he showed us a slideshow with the pages from his books while reciting them.
I was doubly glad that we got to see the books as much as heard him. A, because his books are collages from old novels, pictures and his own annotations – and they look just like that which is pretty awesome. And B, Glover talks really fast and basically without breathing – it would have been really hard for me to follow without the visual aid as well.

I love the way he goes about his books. They look wonderful, they are unique and funny and Glover has a pretty awesome way of presenting them.
I bought two of them – Rat Catching and Oak Mot – so expect reviews of them.
