  1. Okay…I take back the link – you can delete it. My preview-thingie was showing me the wrong site ^^

    But it’s my new goal in life to use “gay-repellant umbrella” in a sentence. Maybe in combination with a Batman reference.

    • Don’t worry about it. It happens… But it’s nice to hear that somebody actually uses snap like I do. Because sometimes it really gets on my nerves and I think about disabling it… :)

      Hmm, like when you’re listening to the radio and Gloria Gaynor comes on. “Quick, Robin! The gay-repellant umbrella! Lest we start fondling each other!”

  2. haha, love the anti-anti-gay marriage ads! “oh god a storm is here!” … “do you work out?” – lol!
    “it’ll be choreographed” :D

    and the uncomfortable plot summaries are awesome!

  3. by the way, a spoiler warning for breaking dawn would have been nice… not that i didn’t expect it (am now in the middle) but i still had a faint hope that it might not actually be as bad and predictable as i was dreading, which is now lost…

  4. I agree with b.
    I just finished New Moon, so I didn’t expect anything. But the way things seem to go in the Twilight Saga is really disturbing. And you said, the most lowbrow book you’ve ever read ist The Da Vinci Code? Seriously?

    I followed the link and found an uncomfortable plot summary of AMERICAN HISTORY X: Right-wing militant changes views after homosexual experience.

  5. I’m sorry about the spoiler, you guys – I wasn’t thinking about that.

    @b:
    Never underestimate the badness of Twilight. Never ever.

    @abstrakt:
    At least the Twilight books don’t pretend to be anything more than they are. The Da Vinci Code is so full of itself – it really thinks it’s a good book. That’s why it’s the most lowbrow. ;)

    The American History X one’s good as well.

  6. … I thought the anti-anti-gay-marriage ads not so great. They were well acted, had nice special effects and really resembled the original ads… but the script just sucked. Could have been funnier.

    Btw, do you know “Prop. 8 the musical” starring Jack Black ( “Shrimp cocktail is abomination”) ?
