At the rate it’s going though, it will die a monstrous death within two weeks of its release and will forever be burned into the collective memory as a bad idea.
I simply love the fact that the guy who made a movie where a man uses a powerdrill ON HIS OWN BRAIN objects to “the number 2”. Is it just me or is that slightly bizarre?
The anime opening thingy is so very, very true. But I still like them. I suspect they’re using all those tropes because they work, on some level.
Yeah, I found the “number 2” comment a little weird, too. I love the fact, though, that the interviewer just ignores him and goes right ahead with saying shit again.
Sure, that’s usually why tropes become tropes.

Well, Aronofsky only produced The Fighter. Maybe that makes a difference.
